5th Italian Conference on Free Software

SpagoWorld and Engineering Group sponsor and participate in the 5th edition of the Italian Conference on Free Software, organized by the School of Management of the "Politecnico di Milano" and the ICT Institute. The Conference acts as a meeting point for people sharing a common interest in the free software, with a particular focus on its development, promotion and diffusion.
In addition to these speeches, Engineering Group participates in a round table on open source policies, experiences and solutions, taking place on 24th June 2011 from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m.

- Andrea Gioia, SpagoBI Architect, gives a speech on SpagoBI, the only entirely open source Business Intelligence suite, within the conference session focusing on the free software management, taking place on 23rd June 2011 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. The paper (in Italian) and the presentation (in Italian) are available here.
- Gabriele Ruffatti, Engineering Group’s Architectures & Consulting Director and founder of the SpagoWorld initiative, gives a speech entitled “Which relationship between enterprises and the free software community?”, within the conference session focusing on free software and enterprises, taking place on 23rd June 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The paper (in Italian) and the presentation are available here.
