The 3rd Italian Conference on Geospatial Free and Open Source Software took place in Foligno (Perugia, Italy) on 18th and 19th November. After the successful last year edition on Spatial OLAP and Cartographic Reporting, this year the conference analysed the state of the art of geographic free software in Italy, focusing on its development and application both in public organizations and companies.
