Generic Error when previewing the chart high

good afternoon

a few weeks I've been working with SpagoBI and have generated certain types of reports but when trying to generate a Chart in SpagoBI Studio High up there all goes well but when you get in the SpagoBI server and want to preview the report I created Generic Error says I have sought information about it and have not found solutions for them and for that reason I do this article to help me fix it.
