Problems with the exporters

I started to use SpagoBI for displaying BIRT reports a few months ago.
The reports are displayed perfectly fine.
However, I got some problems with the exporters:
* If I extract the report to XLS, the system is creating a lot of empty columns
* I cannot find the CSV exporter

Please note that for both problem, I tested it on your demo and it worked fine. Which mean that I might have a configuration problem.
However, I am unable to find any information about these two problems.

Can you please advice me what I should do about these issues?

Concerning the empty columns in Excel, are you getting the same problem even form BIRT itself or only when executing the report in SpagoBI?

Sorry for the late reply but I realised that I wasn't using MySQL but HSQL.
I am now using MySQL database and the I can now use the CSV exporter.

However, I am still getting the problem with empty columns in Excel.
I am using Eclipse plugin for BIRT to create my reports so I don't have any exporter there to check if I get the same problem outside Spago.
