Dear Sir/Madam,


I have used the schedulers for sending the mails to the recipients in SpagoBI 5.2 version. In this version, the mail is getting sent to the user . But the report which is generated by me in the reports section of the spagobi is not getting sent in the proper format/attachment. It sends 0 bytes file to the user and with no extension.

Please help me out in this issue.
