Issues happening in sending the emails using schedulers

I had performed schedulation using the schedulers option available in SpagoBI. I had put the start date and time and end date and time and then inserted recipient's email id and put in single execution .
At the time of execution , it show the pop up message saying schedulation executed on click of execute now button. But after 10-15 minutes when I again click on the execute now it gives the error in pop up msg " cannot get response from client".

Due to this email is not being sent to my email id which i had inserted for the testing purpose.

Please help me out
