Do u want to use for production or learning? If you just want to install and start learning then http://spagolabs.wordpress.com/2013/04/25/7/ if for production then you can get support from the SpagoBI team themselves http://www.spagoworld.org/xwiki/bin/view/SpagoBI/Support

That is not an error i beleive. It is the startup of the embedded HSQLDB database. Can you give the steps you are using to start the database? What version of java are you using?

Did you follow the steps i gave above? You should not have any problem. If you are still running into problems, mail me at info@ogutu.org so that i share the screen of my test server with Teamviewer so you see how to start SpagoBI as i do not want to hijack your forum.
