To make easier the resolution of problems on the SpagoBI Studio / Meta environments, please include this informations in each report:

- Your OS (Operative System), including if is a 32 or 64 bit edition
- Version of SpagoBI Studio / Meta
- DBMS and version are you using to create a Metamodel and query
- Always look a the logs file for any errors (ex: if your SpagoBI Studio is installed in C:\SpagoBIStudio your logs file are located in C:\SpagoBIStudio\logs\spagobi )
- A simple summary of the steps required to reproduce the error

Before opening a new thread always look for related problem in existing threads and in the Jira bug tracker (https://www.spagoworld.org/jira/)
