Licenses
SpagoWorld projects are released under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). Briefly, it means that anyone who receives a SpagoWorld solution, they receive all the license rights and duties as well. According to the GNU LGPL License, if you modify a SpagoWorld solution and distribute the modified version, all changes fall under the GNU LGPL license. Obviously, the unchanged copies of SpagoWorld projects must keep the GNU LGPL license, too.
Therefore, this license guarantees that the software remains free, even after its modification. However, the user can link it to any other free or proprietary program, provided that the source code of the LGPL part is made available and that the LGPL part can be updated indipendently of the rest of the program to which it is linked.
If SpagoWorld projects integrate or extend other open source solutions or components, these and derivative works maintain the attendant license. Some components of interface with the over-mentioned open source solutions or other open source components are released under the New BSD license.
