An active community is the strength of Open Source projects. Through your requirements, experiences, suggestions and contributions, we can cooperate in order to create the best solution.
SpagoWorld projects are not classical "packages", available as open source solutions. They are entirely free software, released in a unique stable version under the GNU LGPL license, without any further pay version.
The availability of the open source released software over time and the sustainability of the community are indipendently guaranteed by OW2 Consortium, which hosts SpagoWorld projects in its
Forge.
You can use them to fit your own needs. People usually need to develop a software project, to realize a vertical package on top of an OSS solution or to offer professional support services. All these needs are very different each other. However, they are all indispensable to enable us to make open source solutions grow in the right way.
SpagoWorld
SpagoWorld is a community made of companies, consultants, specialists, researchers, users and developers, characterized by a collaborative approach, which allows everyone achieve their own goals. This means developing software as well as exchanging experiences, interests and requirements.
You can:
- get in touch with the community, asking or sending information
- give new ideas or suggestions for new services or training opportunities
- offer your collaboration in the developemnt of the documentation and/or in its translation into different languages
- find and fix bugs, implement or develop new features
- develop new projects demo for a specific business sector.
