Engineering, one of the main Red Hat's partners in Italy, participates in the Red Hat Symposium - Open Source Day, taking place on 17th June, in Rome (Salone delle Fontane - Via Ciro il Grande 10/12 - Zona EUR).The symposium, entitled The perfect storm: now it's Open Source moment", offers an overview on the technological news and on the economical and strategic advantages brought by the use of Open Source solutions. Participation is free, upon registration.
Engineering is present both with a booth in the exposition area and with a speech entitled "Open Source, enterprises, users and communities: expertise, experiences, solutions and initiatives", scheduled from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. Given by Orazio Viele (Engineering’s Research and Innovation Division Director), Marco Emanuel Palazzotti (IT Architect and Fedora Ambassador) and Stefano Scamuzzo (Senior Technical Manager and member of SpagoWorld Executive Board), the speech aims to illustrate how the leading Italian IT services provider is facing the Open Source market, developing new synergies between enterprises and communities.
