OW2 BI Initiative at DaWaK 2009

OW2 BI Initiative and OW2 Europe Local Chapter are presented at DaWaK 2009, the international conference on Data Warehousing and Knowledge Discovery, which takes place from 31st August to 2nd September 2009 in Linz, Austria.
In particular, the conference program includes:
- 31st August afternoon: presentation OW2 Consortium Activities for Academia: Fostering Open Source and innovative Business Intelligence solutions by Gabriele Ruffatti (Engineering) and Stephane Ribas (INRIA)
- 2nd September: speech entitled Open Source BI Platforms: a Functional and Architectural Comparison, delivered by Matteo Golfarelli, Associate Professor in Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Bologna (Italy) and participant in the OW2 BI Initiative.
