Spago4Q participates in ICSOB 2011, the International Conference on Software Business, which brings together academic researchers and industry leaders interested in the software industry, with a specific focus on the business of software.
The conference session dedicated to Open Source includes the presentation of a paper "Improving Quality and Cost-effectiveness in Enterprise Software Application Development: an Open, Holistic Approach for Project Monitoring & Control" by Fulvio Frati, Ernesto Damiani, Luigi Buglione, Gabriele Ruffatti and Sergio Oltolina.
The paper is the result of the collaborative work between Engineering Group and the Department of Information Technologies, University of Milan. It describes how integrated software tools, such as the free/open source Spago4Q platform, can help organizations to easily and quickly achieve higher maturity and capability levels in process improvement and change management initiatives.
