We can provide you both a remote support service and a on-site support during the development of a project. Terms, duration and conditions of the service depends on end-user requirements, size and duration of the project.

Standard packages

We offer you three different options.

Proof of Concept

If you are evaluating an Open Source solution for your project, and you are considering a SpagoWorld solution to fit your needs, thanks to our expertise we can support your choice in the best way. The package includes:

  • context definition (1 day on-site), to identify the objectives and requirements
  • work on site (4 days), to realize a first basic prototype, demonstrating how the SpagoWorld solution can help you
  • final report (1 day in-house), to give you the final recommendations to achieve your goals.

Thanks to a few days of support, you'll have all the necessary information to choose the most suitable solution for your needs.

Quick Start Program

If you have already chosen a SpagoWorld solution, we can support you to become comfortable in using it. The package includes:

  • on site training (3 days), helping you to be comfortable with the SpagoWorld solution you have chosen
  • on site Support (2 days), helping you to deepen the knowledge of the training with some days of training-on-the job during the first activities of your project.

Thanks to only some days of support, you'll achieve the basic technical knowledge to work in your project.

Project Program

If you have chosen a SpagoWorld solution to realize a project, we can support you using our experience. The package includes:

  • on-site Analysis (1 day), to identify the objectives and requirements of the project
  • on-site Training (3 days), helping you to be comfortable with the SpagoWorld solution you have chosen
  • on-site Support (6 days), to realize a first prototype of the solution with you, helping you to use the SpagoWorld solution in the best way.

Thanks to a few days of support, you'll be self-sufficient to work in your project.

Ad hoc packages

On-site consultancy

This service provides a project specialist or consultant supporting you in the inception of a project by means of SpagoWorld solutions.

In-house option

SpagoWorld solutions will increase in time according to their evolutionary road-maps that are planned every year and might change following the suggestions arising from the Community. Sometimes you'd have specific requirements not planned or scheduled in the projects road-map. We'd like to help you in fitting your needs within your scheduled time as well as increasing SpagoWorld solutions with different features arising form requirements of the real word to enhance the projects capabilities and strength. The projects core team can develop the software starting from your requirements. It will be delivered to you in the scheduled time as well as contributed to the next projects software release as your contribution. It will ensure you to satisfy your immediate needs as well as future support to the software. We can offer you a special discount rate for the development when the resulting software is contributed to a SpagoWorld project.

Cooperative software projects

Engineering Ingegneria Informatica can work with you in all the phases of a project (inception, requirements, design, development) also supporting you to answer a call for tender. We can find a co-operative solution.
